Pilonidal Cystectomy #3

Long-time readers of this blog may recall that I have twice undergone pilonidal cystectomies (pilonidals cystectomy?). That’s a Latin term for “cystectomy of the pilonidal.”

Today, I’m undergoing my third cystectomy in as many doctors.

If you never knew or don’t remember what a pilonidal cyst is, or why one would want to ectomy it, I can recommend two sources that will provide you with way too much information.

Pilonidal.org is a definitive source. So look at that site, because you definitely do NOT want to look at this guy’s photos of his surgery’s healing.

I might not get to be a PITA here for a few days, as I recover from a PITA of my own.
